Villa La Furore is a seafront house with a direct access to the sea, located in a secluded and private area, perched up the Amalfi Coast right at 2 km to the centre of the village of Praiano one of the coziest location along the Amalfi Coast.
The Villa is located in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 7,5 km to Positano, 7 km to Amalfi, 32 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport. The villa is located at walking distance to restaurants, bars and main shops.
You will find the nearest restaurants and beach at 800 m. the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast – Sorrento line is a few meters away. Surrounded by the impressive scenario of Amalfi Coast that you can enjoy from many spots: the villa boasts amazing views of the sea from Salerno to Capri, from Positano to Amalfi. All around the property is naturally adorned by Mediterranean plants and flowers. About 800 meters from the villa at a cross begins a road that comes down to the beach of La Praia with its natural fiord (200 m forward). There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and there is also some fish restaurants and bars. Going on for 3/4 minutes you’ll reach other bars a grocery.
The pool area of Villa is shared with the guests of the nearby villa, is open from mid-April until the end of October and is also equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the villa you will have direct access to the sea by a platform built on the rocks, which includes about 135 steps (20 meters); the area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the sea is also shared with guests staying at the nearby villa. Please note that villa la Roccia is a gem as the villas on Amalfi Coast with a comfortable access to the sea are really fewest!
Villa La Furore is distributed on two floors, in the first there is a kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker, an area used as a gym equipped with two exercise bikes, a treadmill and a fitness bench, a laundry room, one bathroom and a large living room with sofas and a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests; the dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Upstairs there is another living room with a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio and two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and the coastline; from the corridor there is the sleeping area: a double bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, it has its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. The other two twin rooms also have their own balcony, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The large terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a hammock. There you will enjoy a breathtaking view overlooking a stretch of coastline characterized by an ancient Saracen tower and the sea.
