He is a third generation of Pizza maestros. At his restaurant he is redefining what Pizza can be. Winning culinary awards and is an ambassador of authentic Neapolitan Pizza. We went to visit it to see for our self is it worth all the hype.   Spoiler alert, it really is. This is one side of Italy that you will definitely want to taste.

Make sure to visit the towns like Positano and Capri. For the better experience we recommend staying the night, because when the day trippers leave, that’s when the magic happens. With 250 to 270 days of sunshine at the Amalfi Coast the best time to visit is from mid-April to mid-June, or in mid-September. Then you will get milder temperatures and cheaper prices. You should stay in a smaller town. Staying in or around town like Praiano, Minori, Miori or Erchie will be more authentic and less crowdy.

Whatever you order this tradition highlights the importance of slowing down, socializing and appreciating good food and company, a practice deeply rooted in Italian culture.
