Villa is located in Amalfi Coast (Maiori), totally dipped in the green of Capo D’Orso Natural Park and close to the medieval abbey of Santa Maria de Olearia.
The Villa consists of an old country house tastefully renovated in 2019 and equipped with every modern comfort. Traditional terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, restored antique furniture left its original charm intact.
ACCOMODATION
The villa also includes: one living room with Sat TV, stone fireplace and a guest bathroom; entrance with a small studio; dining room with air-conditioning, wood burning fireplace and a service bathroom; fully equipped two levels kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, seven burner gas stoves, washing machine and a traditional Neapolitan wood pizza oven.
The villa is set in a typical Amalfi Coast lemon garden and surrounded by a large, landscaped garden, outdoor dining table, two BBQ, sea view terrace with outdoor furniture, private vegetables and herbs garden, solarium equipped with shower, sunbeds and umbrella.
BEDROOMS
The villa consists of three en-suite bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 6 Guests.
1st bedroom: master sea view double bedroom with a queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
2nd bedroom: twin bedroom with two single standard beds, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, en -suite bathroom with shower. This room can be set as a double room on request.
3rd bedroom: double bedroom with a queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, walk-in closet, en- suite bathroom with bathtub.
Villa offers a breathtaking Seaview Infinity pool (8m x 4m) with a jacuzzi corner and a waterfall-blade.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The pool can be heated on request with a minimum advance of 3 days and at least for 5 days. The cost of this service is 125€ (the price may vary depending on the season and on the weather conditions).
The villa is reachable by a 55-steps staircase and by following a small path (about 200m) inside the property using a private golf cart available to guests.
The villa is on 4 floors for a total of 44 indoor steps.
The Villa offers a large private parking for up to four cars and is also close to Maiori tourist port which offers convenient daily maritime connections with Amalfi, Positano, Capri and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples.
The strategic position along the SS 163 makes the villa easily accessible from Naples International Airport -about one hour driving distance- and from Salerno train station which is only 30 minutes away.
Minori Beach is 2.6 km from the villa, while Maiori Harbour is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Salerno – Costa d’Amalfi Airport, 39 km from Acquachiara Seaside Luxury Villa in Amalfi Coast.
