Located near the baroque city of Lecce and the beach resort of Porto Cesareo, this villa is the perfect starting point for exploring the Salento region.
Besides the magnificent beaches and the crystal clear waters, Apulia’s highlights include the unique village of Albero-bello with its white-washed trulli lining the streets, the natural wonders of the famous Grottoes of Castellana and Fasano, the baroque city of Lecce, Ostuni, nicknamed “la città bianca” due to the picturesque white stone houses and churches. Conquered by many different ancient civilizations – Greeks, Romans, Turks, Franks, Normans, Swabians, Angevins and Bourbons – Apulia treasures an impressive collection of castles, great artistic and cultural heritage, and important archeological sites.
If food and wine is your passion, the villa is also very accessible to the vineyards of Leverano and a dining service can also be added to your vacation ensuring that every moment at the Masseria is one of pure relaxation.
The villa can sleep up to 18 adult guests and 7 children in comfortable and contemporary bedrooms and is equipped with a oversized swimming pool, a private spa with a sauna, Turkish bath, massage room and indoor heated pool.
A nice private non-consacrated chapel is at disposal for celebrating non-religious wedding ceremonies.

CLASSIC: Classic rooms can accommodate two adults. They are equipped with a separable memory foam double bed with leather headboard, private bathroom furnished with sink, shower and other services. Some of them can accomodate up to two adults and two children. The private bathroom is furnished with a sink, a shower and other services.
DELUXE: The Deluxe rooms are equipped with a double bed and a single 75cm-bed, which makes it possible to welcome a child too. The ceiling has a barrel vault and all Deluxe rooms have an outdoor garden overlooking the courtyard of the Masseria. The private bathroom is furnished with double sink, shower and other services.
JUNIOR: The spacious Junior room can accommodate two adults. It is accessible from the outside courtyard and has a groin vault ceiling. The double memory foam bed has a unique leather headboard. The bathroom is furnished with sink, shower and other services.
SUITE: The Suite can accommodate two adults and is accessible from the garden. It is characterized by a groin vault ceiling and a private Turkish bath. The double bed in memory foam has a leather headboard and can be separated in two single beds. The room is equipped with a private Turkish bath, sink and other services.

UPPER ROOM: The upper room is a room on its own. In the tower next to the pool it was created a total black experience with a terrazzo bath of Boffi, the cool bras designer bed of XAM Milano and the black walls and ceiling made of texture paint makes this rather small room the perfect hide out for the most trendy people in your party.

DAILY RATE “ONLY VILLA RENTAL” INCLUDES:
- Masseria in exclusive stay with 9 bedrooms with bathroom ensuite;
- A welcome glass of prosecco to revive you after your travels;
- High quality bed linen and towels (change of linen every 3 days);
- Luxury amenities in the room;
- Professional Bar with all the accessories;
- Professional kitchen (access restricted to specialized staff only).
- Daily maid service (1 housekeeper for 6 hours);
- Lifeguard service (1 Lifeguard available every day 8 hours);
- Garden and pool maintenance;
- Wi-Fi internet access (available indoor and outdoor);
- Flat screen TV B&O in all rooms and B&O elements in all public areas;

A security deposit of Euro 4.000,00 must be paid upon arrival. It will be fully refunded after one week from the check-out date, except in event of damages. Possible damages must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of check in.
