Tranquility Villas features two modern villas set in landscaped gardens on the beautiful island of Brač. Moreover, they sit on a four-hectare private compound, home to Brač’s largest botanical garden. The villas offer complete privacy, complemented by stunning views of Split and the surrounding mountains across the sea channel.
Ideal for Large Groups, Events, and Corporate Retreats
Tranquility Villas can accommodate up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms, with 4 dedicated staff members. Moreover, the villas consist of Villa Johanna and Villa Lucia. Renting both is perfect for larger groups seeking privacy and togetherness. Weddings and events are welcome, with space for up to 50 guests if both villas are booked. Finally, these villas are ideal for corporate off-sites, team-building, and strategic retreats.
Live-in Staff
Tranquility Villas employs three permanent staff members and one seasonal worker, with a total of four staff during the high season. All staff are live-in and provide support to both Villa Lucia and Villa Johanna. The villas are staffed around the clock from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

The villas are located on the edge of Škrip, an ancient Roman village on the island of Brač. Škrip boasts a rich history spanning over 2,000 years, with a small grocery store, café, and playground. The village is also home to museums, such as the Museum of Olive Oil and the Museum of Brač. The villas are 1.5 kilometers from the coast, offering panoramic views of Split and the surrounding mountains, just 8 km away.

Payment Details:
A 50% deposit of the total price is required within 7 days of booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 40 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation details:
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
