Villa is located in a small village of Štikovica, overlooking Zaton bay and with the nearest beach only 500m away. The vicinity of the city of Dubrovnik gives an opportunity to all guests, to experience all the beauties of southern Croatia, making this location and the villa a perfect holiday choice for up to 10 persons.
Villa interior spread over 350sqm on two floors: the ground and the first floor connected by internal stairs. The outdoor surroundings cover a 120sqm surface offering a spacious area with an 8×3,5m infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sun deck with lounge chairs, a seating area with a dining table for 10 persons, and a summer kitchen with BBQ.
The open ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining and spacious living area. Additional there is a guest toilet and a room with a washer and a dryer, as well as one of the five bedrooms. The other four bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms share a comfortable design and have en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
Apart from this, each room has LCD TV and access to the balcony with a seating area. A garage with 2 parking spots and Wi-Fi available at the premises.
