The Villa with it’s 4 bedrooms, spread across a single level, has interiors with a refined and contemporary design. These comfortable and welcoming spaces include a bright living area, a living room with TV, a veranda with dining area, a modern kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, 1 bedroom with French bed and bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, an Espresso machine and American coffee maker and ice machine plus private parking.
Villa is the ideal starting point to easily drive to the nearby historic village of Noto and other charming baroque towns of Syracuse, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. In the surroundings there are also the nature reserve of Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the most beautiful beaches of Eastern Sicily.

HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE VILLA
From Catania airport, approximately 85 KM. Take the ring road towards Siracusa and continue along the A18 Catania – Siracusa motorway, towards Siracusa. Exit NOTO. At the roundabout, 300 meters after the exit, take the third exit towards NOTO (SP 59).
Continue straight and after 1.4 km, at the roundabout, take the second exit towards ROSOLINI, continue straight and after 500 meters at the roundabout, take the second exit towards ROSOLINI. Continue straight on this road and after 1.7 km on the right side you will find a recess with the entrance gate to the property.
