Surrounded by a well kept garden with lawn, this prestigious property offers spacious, well equipped outdoor areas, a beautiful pool with sun terrace and a practical, private access to the sea and rocks below.
The comfortable, cosy interiors of the villa, on two floors with a surface area of over 500 square metres, include on the ground floor a large living room with central ornamental fireplace, dining and conversation area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a guest bathroom. Whilst on the first floor complete the sleeping area a master bedroom with en-suite tub and shower and three bedrooms with en-suite shower.
Furnished with taste, the villa has all mod cons, such as internet Wi-Fi, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover Sicily’s most beautiful south-eastern towns are only a few kilometres away from the villa, including Syracuse, the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Mount Etna.

HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE VILLA
From Catania airport roughly 80 KM. TANGENZIALE (Ring road) Catania + Motorway A18 Catania - Siracusa. Direction Siracusa. Exit CASSIBILE. At the crossroads, 50 metres after the exit, turn Left in the direction of CASSIBILE.
After 100 more metres (at the crossroads) turn Right in the direction RAGUSA-NOTO, entering the road S.S. 115. Keep driving straight on and after 2,3 Km turn Left in the direction of FONTANE BIANCHE (road S.P. 104).
Keep driving straight on (Viale dei Lidi) and after 2,9 km (in the middle of a bend) turn Right, entering a secondary road (via delle Costellazioni).
Keep driving for 250 metres and turn Left in via Sirio, after 100 metres turn Right into via Castore, where, after other 150 metres, on the Right side of the street, you find the gate of the property.
