Immersed in a luxuriant garden with Mediterranean plants, the property boasts a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven and a beautiful pool framed by rocks. Entered via a palm tree lined driveway, the property is spread over several levels.
A short external staircase provides access to the first floor, that includes the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, there is a bathroom. HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE VILLA
From CATANIA Airport, roughly 70 Km. Drive along the “TANGENZIALE” (Belt highway) in the direction of Siracusa and enter the Highway A18 in the direction of Siracusa. Toll exit SIRACUSA (3rd Exit). At the crossroads turn Right entering the Ring road 124 in the direction of Siracusa. Drive straightforward and after 4,1 Km (100 metres after the roundabout), turn Right entering the Ring road S.S. 115 (Avola – Noto – Ragusa).
Drive straight, after 1 km (at the crossroad) turn Right in the direction of Ragusa, drive straight and after 3,3 km (100 meters after the clearance space Q8) turn Left (S.P. 58 direction Arenella – Fontane Bianche). Drive straight and after 1,4 km (at the roundabout) keep on drive straight in the direction Plemmirio – Capo murro di Porco, drive straight and after 4,5 Km turn Right entering via delle Perle, after 50 metres turn Left entering via dei Diamanti.
After 500 metres turn Left entering a small uphill street and after 50 metres, at the civic number 51,on your Right hand-side, you find the gateway to the property.
