This farmhouse of 450mq. is situated on the slopes of Monte Cappuccini which divides the Val d’Orcia from the Val di Chiana. It offers the possibility to relax as well as to go on trips in the surrounding area amongst the vineyards and olive trees which dominate both the hills and the plain. Restoration work has recently taken place and particular care has been taken in the interior decoration, the furniture is antique, the ceilings are in terracotta and the floors are of antique parquet all in true Tuscan style.

Independent residence with 12 beds, 2 double bedrooms, 2 junior suites, 2 suites; on the ground floor consisting of a reading and television lounge, a large kitchen connected to the very spacious dining room, a gazebo with tables and chairs in front of the kitchen, 2 suites, each with a private bathroom with bathtub and a reading living room, extra bathroom with laundry.
On the first floor composed of 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower and 2 junior suites each with private bathroom with shower. Great furnishings, furniture from the 1800s and design.
SERVICES
Swimming pool (8×16 m, 1.4 m depth), natural pond and large garden bordered by woods and olive groves, laundry, private parking, free wi-fi internet connection, All rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning.
N.B. It is possible, upon request, to accommodate up to 17 beds for an additional cost, thanks to the presence of a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the ground floor suite, as well as single pouf beds in both junior suites located on the first floor. A crib is also available upon request.
Occasionally you can hear some noise coming from the underlying spa. Animals are not allowed. Fenced property.
