ACCOMMODATION

In the main villa, you will find a place for up to 14 guests, and in the charming dependence can host 2+2 guests with total 16+2 guest at the estate.

 

In the main villa, with a huge surface area of 800 square meters, offers generous and well-distributed spaces over two floors, includes  nice 7 spacious bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (including a service bathroom). Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.

 

The Villa, cozy and functional, includes a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom. This annex provides everything needed for a comfortable and independent stay, while remaining an integral part of the villa’s charm.

 

The heart of the property is the magnificent Italian-style garden, with an elegant shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The private pool, finished with fine materials and surrounded by a lush English-style lawn, offers an ideal space for relaxation; it also features a changing room with a shower for added convenience.  In a  greenery garden gardener takes care of the green spaces, keeping the garden always lush and well-maintained.

 

The villa is also fully equipped with a full range of amenities and facilities : air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, linens, crockery, and even a satellite system for entertainment. Everything has been designed to ensure your  memorable stay in a place that blends history, elegance, and contemporary comfort.

 

Note:  in case of lover number of guest, the main villa (14 beds) can be rented alone, upon request, at a lower rate without Annex.

 

 

INCLUDED IN RATE;
The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedroom and bathroom (the change of linen is weekly).

The heating/air conditioned are not included and has to be paid according to the amount consumed on departure.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On arrival guest are obliged to give a deposit (€ 1.500,00 in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost for any damage incurred.

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
