Villa Moscatello is a country house located in Gavorrano, one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in Maremma, from which you can easily reach Grosseto, Follonica, Siena, and Florence.

Maremma is a charming area, rich in history, art, culture, nature, and gastronomic delights; it can be visited all year round, with each season offering new and different opportunities to explore the area.

The villa is surrounded by a large park, well-kept and filled with shady trees, flower beds, and Mediterranean plants.

 

Villa Moscatello represents the utmost in terms of luxury and service: beautifully decorated, all of its 7 bedrooms have air conditioning, the bathrooms are spacious with both tubs and showers, and the living area is generous and welcoming with plenty of space. Villa have access to private Golf Club & Use of tennis court nearby.

 

The main building is on two floors.

The ground floor includes a TV room, a large living room with a fireplace, a computer and fax office, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a storage room. The first floor includes the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms each with bathroom and wardrobe, two double rooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with king-size bed and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The annex consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette.

There is also a small house near the pool, consisting of a bathroom with toilet and sink and a shower with turkish bath.
