Dimora Salentina is a structure dating back to between the mid-1700s and the late 1800s, entirely made of local stone, immersed in a landscape characterized by the blue of the Mediterranean and the spring green of the countryside, just 7 km from the sea. It is a historic residence with its own charm, capable of blending ancient living atmospheres with the most sophisticated modern comforts.
The beauty of the entire structure derives from the use of the fundamental principles of green building, employing materials such as stone, lime, and wood, simple in their essence yet wonderful in their aesthetic appeal.
Every environment of the Dimora harmonizes with the surrounding context, consisting of the ancient church and the nature of the enclosed gardens and orchards; its distributed layout allows each guest to move within it in peace and freedom, in a spaciousness that neither confines nor oppresses.
Thanks to the spread-out structure, the guest can embark on a journey of discovery among the openings to the courtyards, gardens, or towards the sky; they can observe the ancient and typical barrel or star vaults and listen to their own music from the room’s speakers. The terraces offer wonderful glimpses of the village, the gardens are small corners of paradise, and the outdoor black pool is one of the most suggestive places where one can rejuvenate both mind and body.

Suite BARONE The suite features two separate rooms and a bathroom, along with a private outdoor area. The large star vaults at 5 meters make the living room and bedroom special, as does the barrel vault in the bathroom. The architectural and stylistic choices include a comfortable and contemporary sofa, a large double bed, a bathtub and shower with a fixed rain showerhead and a practical handheld shower, fully LED lighting, and soundproof glass doors.
Deluxe MONSIGNORE The deluxe has been designed and restored with the utmost care, also considering the needs of people with mobility impairments. Very spacious, with a barrel vault over 4 meters, large niches, and arches carved into the nearly 1-meter-thick walls. An old and characteristic fireplace, but above all, a courtyard with a fragrant private garden, with an outdoor shower. The architectural and stylistic choices include two comfortable armchairs, a small table, a large double bed, a shower with a fixed rain showerhead and a practical handheld shower, fully LED lighting, and soundproof glass doors.
Superior PRESIDENTE This Superior is located in the oldest part of the Dimora. An open room with a 5-meter-high star vault with double windows and an old, large fireplace that now serves as the entrance to a contemporary bathroom, with an electric skylight in the spacious shower, large double bed. Soundproof windows ensure silence and tranquility, and autonomous climate control allows for personalized comfort.
Superior VICARIO This Superior is located in the oldest part of the Dimora. A beautiful room with a 5-meter-high star vault with a French door overlooking the garden and the ancient church, equipped with a contemporary bathroom, from which you can see the sky through the electric skylight in the spacious shower, fully LED lighting, and a soundproof glass door, large double bed.
Standard NOTAIO This Standard is located in the most recent part of the Dimora and overlooks the internal courtyard. The architectural and stylistic choices place it in the early 1900s, with furnishings resulting from passionate research among traditional fabrics and materials, a double bed, fully LED lighting, and soundproof glass doors. A surprising open shower with a fixed rain showerhead and a practical handheld shower. Suspended and separate sanitary ware and sink. Standard guests have at their disposal a large terrace, with seating and a brazier, with a 360° view of the village.
Standard CAVALIERE This Standard is located in the most recent part of the Dimora, overlooking the internal courtyard and with a view of the oldest church in the village. The architectural and stylistic choices place it in the early 1900s, with furnishings resulting from passionate research among traditional fabrics and materials, a double bed, fully LED lighting, and soundproof glass doors.
A surprising open shower with a fixed rain showerhead and a practical handheld shower, plus an electric skylight that opens to the sky. Suspended and separate sanitary ware and sink, also with an electric skylight that opens to the sky.

Presence of Dimora Salentina Staff at the scheduled operating hours: 4 hours am and 4 hours pm (8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 4 p.m.-8 p.m.).
Free use of the pool and common areas, the kitchen and facilities or areas for the exclusive use of the Staff or the Property remain excluded.
