Villa is surrounded by a garden of over 700 square meters equipped with a fantastic swimming pool, a small annex, a kitchen equipped with a barbecue for spectacular grilling and a wood-burning oven to prepare delicious pizzas. Not to mention billiards, table football, games for children…
In short, there is everything you need for a holiday with friends or family in the name of taste and relaxation!

ACCOMODATION
Villa di Capri, with its eight rooms, offers comfortable and spacious accommodation. All the rooms enjoy a fantastic panorama, sunny and bright in the morning, reddening at dusk, when you can admire the sun hiding behind the immensity of the sea…
At Villa you will find a first floor designed and built to fully enjoy the splendid and enviable position of the Villa. The large living room, which also serves as a spacious dining room, is entirely surrounded by panoramic windows that wink at the island of Capri: a “chromotherapy” room, sunny and very bright in the morning, reddish and twilight at sunset. All comforts are available: 50-inch satellite TV, fireplace, DVD, stereo system, library…
The lower floor with respect to the living room is occupied by the “Sala delle Navi” (Ship hall), a large study in which to relax on comfortable sofas surrounded by a myriad of perfect reconstructions of period ships and other historical relics. If, even if immersed in a dream landscape, you cannot detach yourself from the outside world, here you can take advantage of the PC and the Wi-Fi line.
Next to the Sala delle Navi there is a room occupied by a splendid billiard table, to relax and have fun with friends. On the lower floor, a small library and everything you need to form a small rock band: a drums, a keyboard and a guitar!
But that’s not all!
The kitchen, for example, is perfectly equipped for all your “culinary experiments”, equipped with a pizza oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine…
And if you like to live in the name of fitness and body care, at Villa you will also find a very modern sauna, a gym and a small basketball area outside!

The Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and shower, is 15 meters long and 5 meters wide, with depths between 1 meter and 3 meters. A small pergola next to the sun loungers is the right place to sip fresh and tasty cocktails.
The sea breeze and the island of Capri in the background beautifully frame this little corner of pure relaxation!

The cost of the electricity is not included in the total price of the stay but it will be paid on the spot according to actual consumption

Prices are calculate on how many guest will use the villa, so please ask for the price for your group.
