Villa Aurora has 5 double bedrooms, accommodating ten guests, with space for two more on a pull-out sofa. Three bedrooms are located on the west side, while two separate guest units on the east offer privacy, ideal for older kids, friends, or staff. Croatian oak floors add warmth to the bedrooms, while the bathrooms feature marble, including the rare Travertino Giallo Unique, sourced from 4,000 meters above sea level in South America.

The outdoor area of Villa Aurora features beautifully landscaped gardens and an infinity swimming pool. It also offers outdoor dining and lounge areas for relaxation. Sunbathing and swimming are elevated here at Casa del Mare. You can descend the stone staircase to a stone-lined pier, which feels like your own Adriatic shore. The pier, surrounded by rocks, is equipped with lounge chairs for a true local beach experience. Boats up to 15 meters can easily access the pier, giving you the choice between arriving by boat or car.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum Stay: 7 days. Shorter stays are possible with an additional surcharge.
Payment Details:
A 40% deposit is required at booking. The remaining 60% is due 40 days before check-in.
Cancellation details:
If the guest cancels up to 40 days before the reservation, they forfeit the 40% deposit. Cancellations made 40 days or less before the reservation incur the full charge.
