Villa is a spacious three-story historical villa situated in an elegant eighteenth-century building. It sleeps 11 people. From the Villa you will enjoy a nice view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Villa is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two spacious private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa from the parking area going up a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
