Villa is a small corner of paradise; an exclusive villa rental of Sorrento area, located in Nerano, a traditional fishing village in Massa Lubrense, a well known town situated at the furthermost point of the famous Sorrento peninsula, just 1 km away from the beach of Marina del Cantone.
It is an ideal place for a family holiday or a group of friends and it offers an amazing sea view, ideally suitted for a relaxing and beach vacation.
Villa offers you some exclusive services which will make your vacation in Sorrento area unforgettable. The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a wide panoramic terrace where you can read a good book with the birds singing in the background, an external pool of 7 x 4 meters and a solarium.
A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.

GROUND FLOOR
Enjoy the beautiful seaview of the panoramic Villa
Completely independent to be reached with a ramp of 24 stairs. Equipped with a nice lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area. Possibility of an extra double sofa bed.
FIRST FLOOR
A ramp of 17 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor where you find an amazing dining room with a big terrace facing the bay. A nice well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need is available. At Villa Marianna you’ll find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, small bathroom with small shower.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque.
SECOND FLOOR
A ramp of 15 stairs connect you on the second floor (sleeping area) where you can find 3 bedrooms.
Two matrimonial bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French Bed. Bathroom with shower is reached via the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island.
All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite tv and sky service, free wi-fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer
RECEPTION
From 9:00am to 2:00pm the owner, will be at your disposal and will come to check and clean the pool and the garden.
Owner will take care of you and make reservations for restaurants, tours, transfers, boat tours or whatever you feel like doing that day and leave you his phone number.
CHECK OUT & TOURIST TAX
Check out is from 8:00am to 10:00am, but in case you need an early one you can do it the night before. Just inform us and we will do the rest.
Dear Guest, our local tourist tax is of euros 2,00 per person per day, to pay directly to us in cash at the end of your stay.
People under the age of 18 and over 65, don’t need to pay it.
CLEANING RULES
Our Housekeeper comes three days during your stay for 3 hours a day (no Sunday). If you may need more cleaning, she can come more times a week (depending on availability) for a little extra. For a two week stay, there is a change of linen and towels once a week but you can ask for extra changes, paying a fee.
Bathrobe and large towels: euro 5,00 to pay in cash.
Face towels: euro 3,00 to pay in cash.
Bed change: euro 8,00 to pay in cash
