The estate is located in Arienzo, 15 minutes from the center of Positano, which can be reached with a pleasant short walk.
Two parking spots are available at the street level. From there you walk down to the heart of the Villa through a tree-lined descent which will give you a first taste of Positano.
You can also take a water taxi from the Villa dock that in few minutes drops you off at the Positano main beach.

INTERIOR
Villa extends on two floors, the ground floor features: a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom, a large and fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful view, a spacious dining room and a living room facing a patio, with a media room and courtesy bathroom.
From the living room, walking up the stairs, you reach the first floor. This floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms, there are four sea view double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Three of them share a shaded terrace with a view.
EXTERIOR
In the charming garden in front of the main building of the Villa we find an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a wood-oven. In addition, a relax area surrounded by olive trees will allow you to experience unique moments while admiring the stunning view of the Amalfi Coast.
In a sunny garden of fragrant spices typical of the area, guests will find a jacuzzi zone to enjoy the extraordinary view of the coast in absolute relax.
Our private sea access, a unique privilege for the exclusive use of the Villa guests, can be easily reached with a private descent leading to a partially shaded rocky beach equipped with sunbeds and a shower.
The comfort of this sundeck with its Mediterranean charm will make summer days an unforgettable experience.

In the Villa’s kitchen you can cook or better ask a local chef to prepare typical dishes just for you; thanks to our outdoor barbecue and wood oven you can enjoy pleasant nights with friends and family.
Wi-Fi present in the main body of the Villa and on the private rocky beach will make sure you always remain connected with the outside world while being immersed in the setting of Positano.

No smoking inside the house.

Check-in: from 02:00pm to 08:00pm.
Check-out: from 08:00am to 10:00am.
Check-in and check-out outside this hours has be pre agreed and are subject to a surcharge.
PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% of the full amount is request upon booking.
Payment of the full amount has to be made within 60 days from arrival.
We accept wire transfers and major credit cards.

Booking and Cancellations Terms
RESERVATIONS
In order to confirm a reservation an Advance Payment of 30% of the full amount is required if the booking is made more than 60 days before check-in.
The remaining 70% of the full amount is required to be paid not later than 60 days before the check-in date.
If booking is made after 60 days from the check-in date 100% must be paid.
A security deposit of €1.000 is required to be paid within 15 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be released within 5 business days after check-out if no damages has occurred during the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason a reservation is cancelled:
Within 60 days from the check-in date 0% penalty is applied, and the Advance Payment is reimbursed.
After 60 days 100% penalty is applied, and no refund will be made.
If the Final Payment doesn’t occur within the Due Date the reservation is being considered cancelled and 100% penalty is applied to all the deposit made.
Amount paid for Additional Services are subject to 100% penalty and will not be reimbursed.
