Alternatively, you may opt for a water taxi from the Villa’s dock, which will transport you to Positano’s main beach in just a few minutes.
Two parking spaces are available at street level. From this point, you will descend through a tree-lined pathway that leads you to the heart of the Villa, providing an initial glimpse of Positano’s charm.

INTERIOR
Villa extends on two floors, the ground floor features: a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom, a large and fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful view, a spacious dining room and a living room facing a patio, with a media room and courtesy bathroom.
From the living room, walking up the stairs, you reach the first floor. This floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms, there are four sea view double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Three of them share a shaded terrace with a view.
The property has 6 bedrooms of which 4 are in the main body, and 2 in a separate dependance link with an external staircase that goes through the garden.
Villa:
- Master bedroom with direct access to the terrace, en suite bathroom with shower and bath tub.
- Double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, en suite bathroom with shower.

- Double bedroom with the possibility to have two single beds upon request, en suite bathroom with shower.
- The Villa now features a dependance. Just below the main Villa terrace, there are two suites with a
breathtaking view, each with its ensuite bathroom.
A short staircase from the main terrace leads to the dependance, where a small terrace with
olive trees welcomes the guests to the dependance.
On the edges of the hallway there are the two spacious bedrooms with an incredible view of the sea and Positano.
The total occupancy of the property is now 12 people, 8 on the first floor of the main body, and
4 in the dependance.
The fifth bedroom on the ground floor of the many body has been, so far, dismissed, but it can be rented upon request with a surcharge.
EXTERIOR
In the elegant garden in front of the central body we find a large dining area equipped with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue and a sofa area surrounded by olive trees, to experience unique moments enjoying the wonderful view of the Amalfi Coast.
In a sunny garden of fragrant spices typical of the area, guests will find a hydromassage area designed to enjoy the extraordinary view in total relaxation.
The sea below the house, an absolute privilege, reachable by a private descent and for the exclusive use of guests who will have at their disposal a partially shaded cliff equipped with sun loungers and shower.
The comfort of this cliff with Mediterranean charm will allow you to experience unforgettable days at the seaside.
Our private sea access, a unique privilege for the exclusive use of the Villa guests, can be easily reached with a private descent leading to a partially shaded rocky beach equipped with sunbeds and a shower.

PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% of the full amount is request upon booking.
Payment of the full amount has to be made within 60 days from arrival.
We accept wire transfers and major credit cards.

We do have two tariffs:
The regular one is €3.650,00 per night for the months of March, April (with the exclusion of the Easter week April 12we. -26th. where high season tariffs apply €4.650,00), May and October. Minimum Stay is 4 nights.
High season tariff that is €4.650,00 per night for the months of June, July, August, and September. Minimum stay is 7 nights, for September we may consider a stay of 4 nights.

RESERVATIONS
In order to confirm a reservation an Advance Payment of 30% of the full amount is required if the booking is made more than 60 days before check-in.
The remaining 70% of the full amount is required to be paid not later than 60 days before the check-in date.
If booking is made after 60 days from the check-in date 100% must be paid.
A security deposit of €1.000 is required to be paid within 15 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be released within 5 business days after check-out if no damages has occurred during the stay.
