Villa is located in S. Agata Sui due Golfi, on the the hillside of Sorrento, Amalfi coast, and area between the gulfs on Naples and Salerno and can accommodate 22+8 pax.
Overlooking the glittering Bay of Naples with the imposing Mount Vesuvius on the horizon, the three-floor Villa Oasi S. Agata provides the ultimate retreat in one of the most romantic corners on the Amalfi Coast. Offering an impressive sense of space, this magnificent villa offers an elegant combination of classic period features and modern comforts. Amalfi coast Villa Oasi S. Agata can accommodate up to twenty-two guests featuring eleven bedrooms with en-suite bathroom spread over three floors, plus eight guests in four double sofa beds.
Surrounded by a lush garden, this magnificent villa boasts an exceptional pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. Offering a calm atmosphere, the villa also features a generous al fresco dining area in the shade of a pergola and comfortable lounge areas for relaxing and socializing. With gorgeous views of the sea, the villa also features an exclusive tennis court.
INTERIOR
The interior is very elegant and very well furnished.Air-conditioning, a large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ovens, telephone, wi fi internet connection, satellite-TV and mini-fridge in the rooms, safe deposit-box, lift to the upper floors.
EXTERNAL
The external area is over 22,000 sqm, it has a beautiful garden and a nice swimming-pool (8 X 12 m) with hydro massage, sun-bathing area and view of the sea, a tennis court, parking area and a large area perfect for landing a helicopter. On request you can order a cooking service and transfers from Naples airport or for day trips.
GROUND FLOOR
Elegant living area, elegantly furnished and decorated in classical style with a fireplace; dining-tables with access to the garden. Next to the living-room there are two large well equipped kitchens, with a wood-burning pizza oven, a large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor there are also four bathrooms and a laundry with washing-machine that can be used only in the morning from 8.00 to 12.00 am when the staff is on the hote.
FIRST FLOOR
Here you’ll find 7 double bedrooms with Jacuzzi shower and bath.
SECOND FLOOR
3 bedroom with Jacuzzi shower and bath third floor: 1 room with Jacuzzi shower and bath and a private terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the sea.
All of the bedrooms have access to a private balcony or to a terrace furnished with table and chairs, overlooking the garden or the sea. Five of the 11 bedrooms have a small living-room with a double sofa-bed so idel rooms for families. All of the rooms have a TV, a mini-fridge, telephone, safe, wi fi, radio.

30% of Total Amount at Booking time by bank transfer or by credit card;
70% of Total Amount 60 days before to arrival by bank transfer;

Cancellation fee over the total amount will be applied:
30 %: from reservation to 61 days before to arrival;
50 %: from 60 to 30 days before to arrival;
100 %: from 29 days to 0 hours to arrival.

Send us a list of your favorite snacks and beverages and we’ll have them waiting for you in the fridge
when you arrive at the villa. If you’d like a welcome platter or a feast prepared, we can do that too.

Chef/Cook Services
We are happy to offer you a chef service provided directly form our Chef. Price is of 250,00 euros/per meal, to pay cash plus all groceries cost.
