Villa Pla de Mallorca is a sophisticated and luxurious retreat that merges cultural inspiration and architecture. Completely renovated in 2023, the estate is a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship featuring over 200m² stunning terrace, wooden details intentionally planed by hand , hand-painted ceilings and exquisite crystal windows. It offers breathtaking views over Llubi and the heart of Mallorca, clean-lined furniture blends with rough natural textures and exotic accessories to create the perfect relaxing sanctuary.
With the renovations we have also installed Star link with a 150mb line for everyone booking a workcation, so whoever want to do home office at Villa Pla de Mallorca, is now perfectly equipped.
A theme of vibrant colors and intricately designed woodwork continues throughout this beautiful home. There are 4 double bedrooms in the main house, and in the connecting guest wing, each with it’s own bathroom up to the 7 bedrooms with doublebed. A generous and casual living spaces with big windows lead into the kitchen.
In addition there is a sun drenched pool with exotic marrocon tiles. The beauty of this secure haven lies in its connection with nature, golden sunsets and tranquility contributes to the feeling of being somewhere truly unique and exotic.
Fresh fruits from the orchard trees in front of the Villa and daily hand picked vegetables out of the biological garden, blend graciously with the homegrown olive oil and organic handmade honey. The beautiful landscape and the healthy natural foods will help make your stay truly unforgettable.

LIVING
The living area is mixed with Ibiza and Greek style and is very inviting. Its open space from the living room to the kitchen gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. Sunrise in the morning, light falling everywhere, cozy furniture and surrounded by a huge terrace.
SLEEPING
There are 5,6 or 7 bedrooms booking option and all with double Bedrooms. All are equipped with king sized box spring beds, handcrafted furniture and ensuit bathrooms. The Ibizan bohemian style extends into the bedrooms and gives a pleasant feeling to relax. Here too, there are large windows with beautiful views of nature and the gardens outside. Each room has its own air conditioning, underfloor heating and a door to a terrace with a sitting area.
KITCHEN
This incredible view makes cooking an unforgettable experience. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 fridges, an oven, a gas cooker and a wine fridge filled with our Only Summer wine. For those who don’t want to do anything on holiday, there is the possibility to book a private chef who will do all the work for the guest.
NATURE
In the nature of Only Summer, one recognizes the peacefulness and the vibrations of the serenity. Surrounded by nature and a Mediterranean garden, you can recharge your batteries and enjoy an oasis of flora and energy. The pool overlooking the incredible Tramontana panorama brings with it a very special feeling. You can relax on the handmade wooden loungers and enjoy the perfect weather.
OUTDOOR
200m² terrace, different spaces and chill out areas, with low tables and floor cushions, rugs, ceramic earthenware and iconic Moroccan lanterns. Everything combined with fascinating Mediterranean flair. Indirect lighting of the botanic garden and the sunset over the mountains together with relaxed music, makes the terrace a special place to be all day.
ACTIVITIES
On the finca there are many different ways to be active and enjoy nature. We have our own horse stable near the finca and our own riding arena for horse enthusiasts. A covered yoga platform for retreats or events and the petanque court in the middle of nature complete the variety of sporting facilities.
There is also the possibility to organise all kinds of add-ons with our concierge service. From fitness trainer, biking in the tramontana mountains or a helicopter flight, everything is possible.
BIOGARDEN
Our organic garden is the heart of the Villa. It is tended by our own gardener and is free of chemicals. Through the season we have different phases in which there are different vegetables. Our guests receive fresh fruit and vegetables every day. If required, a private chef can also prepare vegan dishes from our vegetables.
Next to our bio garden we have over 100 olive trees and 15 bee hives where we make our own organic products as bio olive oil and bio honey.
