Located in one the most beautiful cove of the Amalfi Coast, close to the famous Torre Normanna and just a few steps from the enchanting beach from which it takes its name, Beach Villa Maiori is the ideal location for those who dream of an exclusive holiday in a luxury and modern design villa, surrounded by the blue of the sea and cuddled by the marine breeze.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa includes: a large air-conditioned open space with a breathtaking sea view; a lounge corner with sofa, Sat TV, Hi-Fi system and ceiling fan; dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, Culligan Water Softener & Culligan Drinking Water System; home automation system, video intercom and CCTV system with remote control.
The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 4 bathrooms equipped with a bidet. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.

BEDROOMS
Recently renovated, equipped with every comfort and furnished with refined taste which combines the contemporary design with a classic Mediterranean style, the villa consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 10 Guests (8+2)
Bedrooms 1: master sea view bedroom with queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower;
Bedrooms 2: double bedroom with queen size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, Sat TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower;
Bedrooms 3: double bedroom with queen size bed, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
An additional single bed can be added to this room on request.
Bedrooms 4: twin bedroom with two single standard beds, air-conditioning, Sat TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower.
This room can be set as a double room on request and can be also equipped with one additional single bed.
OUTSIDE
Equipped with: a large landscaped garden; outdoor kitchen with BBQ; two dining tables (one garden view and one sea view); a laundry room with service bathroom, washing machine and dryer; two seaview terrace with outdoor furniture; one large rooftop solarium equipped with sunbeds; two outdoor showers.
The Villa offers a private access to the wonderful beach of Salicherchie (also known as Acquachiara beach), where from June to September guests may book sunbeds and umbrellas at a little beach club. The cost may vary according to the day of the week and the month.
Villa is reachable by a 220 steps private stairway.
The Acquachiara beach can be reached from the Villa by following a 40 steps private staircase.
The villa is on two floors with a total of 8 steps.

The villa offers a private parking for one car (max 5m long). The property is located along the SS 163 (“Amalfitana” State Road), just 500m far from Maiori town center and its famous beach. The villa is also close to Maiori tourist port which offers convenient daily maritime connections with Amalfi, Positano, Capri and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples.
The strategic position along the SS 163 makes the villa easily accessible from Naples International Airport -about one hour driving distance- and from Salerno train station which is just 35 minutes away.
7 Nights minimum stay excluded April and October where 5-night minimum stay is.
