Villa Residenza is located in a short walk from the center of Massa Lubrense , the last town of Sorrento Peninsula.
The estate is surrounded by a riot of colors and nature among olive trees, flowers and shady bowers of which you can find respite from the summer heat.
The shady path that winds its way from the villa to the most panoramic side of the property leads to the beautiful swimming pool which is surrounded by a garden with flowers.
All this is made even more impressive by the view of the island of Capri. A private paradise where the villa is integrated harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, in an up and down terrace overlooking the sea.
ROOMS
The Villa is composed of 5 apartments each one equipped with all the modern comforts, designed respecting the architectural features of the Villa with the typical vaulted ceilings painted in warm shades of yellow and blue.
Each unit is complemented by a terrace or a large outdoor area where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. In addition, the outdoor patio of one of the apartments is set with a swimming pool with Jacuzzi where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the beauty of our land.

Bedroom 1:
6 steps up from the entrance hall lead to a suite with double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m), partial sea views, TV, living room with sofas and partial sea views, bathroom with shower. Total 29sq m.
Bedroom 2:
12 steps down from the entrance hall lead to a suite with double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m), garden views, living room, bathroom with shower. Total 26sq m. From the living room access a terrace furnished with sofas and views to the outdoor tub, the sea and Naples.
Suite 3:
accessed only from the garden; comprises a living area, 7 steps lead up to a bedroom with twin beds (beds 0.9 x 1.9m) and windows placed high up the room (no views), double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m) with TV and French doors that give access to the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom (shower). Total 60sq m. In front of the suite find a covered area with table for 6 and outdoor shower.
First Floor
1 double bedroom apartment: comprises a living area with TV and window-doors that give access to a balcony overlooking the front garden, bathroom with shower. The bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m) is on the upper floor overlooking the living area. This room has superbly frescoed ceilings.
1 double bedroom apartment: comprises an ample living room with TV and window-doors that give access to a terrace with a covered dining area and sofa.
From here access the rooftop terrace equipped with sun loungers and table and 360-degree views over the sea, Capri, Procida and the garden. Bathroom (shower). The bedroom (bed 2 x 1.9m) is on the upper floor overlooking the living area. Total 50sq m.
POOL HOUSE
60sq m hall overlooking the pool with ample living room, kitchen, dining table for 12 and guest bathroom, ample French doors lead to the garden and pool area.

NOTICE
Access to the villa is via a narrow street which is only suitable for small cars. A shuttle service to the parking lot in Massa Lubrense is available twice per day.
Villa adjoins to another building, only visible from the entrance gate. This building is rarely occupied and does not compromise the privacy of the villa.
The use of the outdoor kitchen is reserved to the staff only.
There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.
