Exellente Villa with excellente location of the villa offers 8 sleeps in 4 bedrooms at the Villa and Jacuzi pool with sundeck terrace. From the Villa terracess you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Nerano bay. Villa is 200 m² size. It features a private jacuzzi pool, private large terraces, air conditioning , winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be less then 1 km (0.6 miles) from Marina del Cantone and their beach, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 650 meters , a grocery store at 1.1 km , the stop for SITA bus Sorrento – Massa Lubrense – Nerano line at 450 meters and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km . Prestocking avaiable before you entry into Villa.
You will reach a Villa from the parking area going up approximately 11 stairway steps.
There is no need for a car to stay at the Villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa is along a narrow uphill road.
The first terrace is 50 square meters large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
You will reach it from the third terrace going up an external spiral staircase which consists of approximately 12 steps. It is equipped with a sofa, and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Nerano bay.
The second terrace is 25 square meters large. It is partly shaded by trees and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels).
From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room has a window, as well as a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door.
The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The ceiling of the bathroom has an height of 1.60 meters at its lowest point.
First floor :
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second terrace along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the third terrace. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window, and it’s equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
