The villa features air-conditioned 3 apartments as a whole, each equipped with a balcony that offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Li Galli islands. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, and each apartment includes a living/dining area, satellite television, and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The bedrooms are furnished with memory foam mattresses for optimal comfort.

The villa is designed across four levels, encompassing approximately 400 square meters, not including the expansive terraces that overlook Positano, which is only a few minutes away on foot. The property is divided into three units, and the swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery, seamlessly integrates with the rocky landscape and the sea.
The solarium serves as a perfect spot for sunbathing during the day and enjoying breathtaking sunsets over Capri in the evening. Beach enthusiasts can easily access the Bay of Arienzo by descending just 200 steps, where a restaurant and bar await.
Villa La Arienzo is available for rental year-round, offering the option to book individual apartments or the entire villa, accommodating a maximum of 14 guests.

APARTMENT 1
The charming penthouse overlooking Positano
The Solandra is a 60 square meters penthouse overlooking Positano from its huge terrace with Sun beds, Sun umbrellas, outside (hot) shower, rocking chair, a big table to enjoy meals outside decorated with Vietri ceramics and a barbecue.
The living room, furnished with solid wood furniture, has a kitchenette, covered with red bricks and ceramics and a comfortable sofa; the bedroom has a bathroom with shower.
APARTMENT 2
The apartment is divided in two levels.
The first level hosts the large living room of over 100 square meters, with a sea-looking terrace, which is furnished with large sofas, fireplace, solid wood table for 12 people, chess-board and piano. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher; the bathroom has a shower.
A marble staircase leads to the second level, where there are three bedrooms, two of which with direct access onto the more than 60 square meters terrace with amazing view, equipped with a wrought iron table Vietri ceramics-tiled, capable of hosting 12 sits, other than comfortable sofas. On the same floor there is a kitchenette with original quality tiles manufactured in Positano, and two bathrooms, one with tub nestled in the rock and the other with shower.
APARTMENT 3
The apartment has a spacious and luminous living room of more than 50 square meters, hosting a direct view on “Li Galli”, the island where the mythological Sirens bewitched Ulysses, and, in more recent times, chosen by Nureyev as its stage. The kitchenette and a fireplace for romantic winter evenings complete the salon environment.
There are two double rooms: the first one has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, while the other one, with a sea-looking terrace, has a next door-bathroom with shower.
