From the villa, you can easily reach the Gavitella: it is located near the villa and can be reached by following Via Masa, at the end of the street there are stairs that lead down to One Fire Beach.

With generous terraces overlooking the sea, this magnificent villa boasts an exceptional pool, an exclusive hot tub and a spacious poolside area with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa features a generous al fresco lounge area for relaxing and socializing. The villa also boasts a generous terrace with al fresco dining area with barbecue, an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation.
With white vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light, the entrance level boasts a generous living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating. In the living room you will also find a spacious dining area. From the living room you can access the terrace overlooking the sea and the coastline through a French door. On the same level you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay.
Accessed by a short flight of steps, the level below the entrance level boasts two exceptional double bedrooms complete with king-size beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same level you will also find a comfortable and bright twin room complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second level below the entrance level houses three comfortable double bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms complete with shower.
Accessed from the patio, an annex houses the seventh bedroom. The seventh bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Villa dei Gabbiani boasts air conditioning and wireless Internet access throughout the property. Villa dei Gabbiani is located in a pedestrian precinct in Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transports and the beach.

The Villa is bookable for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Check-in time: 4 pm
Check-out time: 10 am
Late check-in fee after 8 pm: € 50,00
Damage Deposit to be paid cash upon arrival: €1000
Cleaning fee: €400
In case of no-show or early departure, this booking will be non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD
The 30% of deposit is to be paid via bank transfer to the owner after signing this contract and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
