Beach front and sea view Villa Carratois di Noto is an exclusive cliff top villa with pool located a few hundred metres from the beach and the small town centre of Portopalo di Capo Passero, Sicily’s southernmost point. Its large 5 bedrooms villa where sleeps up to 10 guests, well equipped terraces of 225 m2, garden of 20,000 m2 and beautiful private swimming pool offer breathtaking views of the island of Capo Passero, whereas the sea is reachable through a footpath that winds along the cliff.
The grounds surrounding the villa are left in their natural state with spontaneous plants of bougainvillea, dwarf palms and prickly pears. Refined, local materials were used in the house restoration intervention to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency. The elegant interior, fully furnished and designed to create a contemporary style, is equipped with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, satellite tv and washing machine.
The main villa, that spreads on two levels, includes on the ground floor a large living/dining room, a kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor is the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Adjoins the villa, an independent apartment consisting of a small living room with kitchenette, two further bedrooms and a bathroom.
Villa is a short drive away from the golden sandy beaches of Carratois, Isola delle Correnti and of the nature reserve of Vendicari, but also from the enchanting baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse.

HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE VILLA
From Catania airport, about 115 Km. Take the ring road in the direction of Siracusa and continue along the A18 Catania – Siracusa. Exit ROSOLINI. At the crossroad, 300 meters after the exit, turn Right follow the road sign to PACHINO.
After 14.5 Km (intersection), turn Right in the direction of PACHINO and after 300 meters (at the crossroad), turn Right in the direction of RAGUSA/ PORTOPALO. Continue driving straight, after 7.5 km, turn left in the direction PORTOPALO, so after 3.6 Km (in the center of Portopalo) turn right (entering Via Vittorio Emanuele) and after 100 meters turn left.
Continue for another 200 meters and turn right, then after 200 meters, turn left onto a dirt road leading to the property.
