Property details
The house is surrounded by a flower and tree-filled garden of 3500 m2 with different shaded areas featuring furnished gazebos, children’s playground, barbeque zone and a beautiful swimming pool with hydro-jets.
The Baglio is composed by one main house and two guesthouses.
The main house is situated on three floors. The main entrance leads to the hall of the ground floor. From here, on one side, you access part of the very large kitchen which is comfortable and fully equipped.
A French door leads from the kitchen into the garden. Always from the hall, on the other side, you access a double room with en-suite bathroom, the living room and TV with home theatre, a 3-seater sofa and a single bed. From here, there is access to a terrace with gazebo and lunch table. On the first floor on the right you access a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and garden view.
Through a small corridor you access the second bedroom with private terrace and a bathroom with jacuzzi. A stairs from this bedroom takes to the second floor which has a beautiful original bedroom with two single beds and features a characteristic thatched roof.
With direct access from the garden there are two guesthouses with separate entrance. Each has one bedroom with double bed that can be separated, both have en-suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, which is accessible from the garden, there is a second, very comfortable kitchen, to be used for lunch. Walking through the garden towards the sea you take a path surrounded by lavender bushes.
Before the gate on the left there is a small laundry room with shower. From this gate you access the road which leads to the beach that is approx. 100 m from the house. In one corner of the garden there is a shaded area which can hold up to six parked cars.
