Marina di Notto beach Villa Marzamemi is an exclusive seafront villa set in a fabulous position, along Sicily’s south-east coast, this contemporary villa is a few kilometres from Noto’s historic centre and the Vendicari’s nature reserve. HOW TO ARRIVE TO THE VILLA
FROM CATANIA airport approximately 90 KM. A18 CATANIA – SIRACUSA motorway. EXIT NOTO. Soon after the exit, at roundabout, take the first exit and after 300 meters turn Left towards LIDO DI NOTO. Continue straight for about 300 meters and turn Right, continue straight for 600 meters and turn Left. Continue on this road for 1.3km. Once on the LUNGOMARE IONIO, turn Left, after about 650 meters, you will find, on the Right, the entrance to a private road at the end of which, on the Right, is the gate of the property.
