The villa is located a few steps from the famous “Passeggiata di Viareggio” with numerous boutiques and high fashion shops. The villa, dating back to the early 1900s, has been revitalized and enriched with valuable architectural details and today is an excellent destination in which to enjoy refined spaces, Carrara marble, precious details, a garden with swimming pool and an equipped outdoor space.
The private garden of over 300 square meters features a modern swimming pool with the aesthetic characteristics of an ancient pond, four hydromassage jets, an automated cover, lights and remote controls for the water. The courtyard is separated from the main garden by a masonry gallery which masks the laundry facilities located in a dedicated permanent room.
The Villa (500sqm) can accommodate up to 19 guests in 10 bedrooms ensuring total privacy, comfort and harmony for all guests. The double living room and the large kitchen, both on the ground floor, are designed to welcome guests on your summer evenings.
On the first floor there are 2 double suites each with private bathroom and 2 double bedrooms also with private bathrooms.
The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor: 1 family room consisting of two double bedrooms with shared bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms with private bathroom, a single bedroom with private bathroom
The three floors are connected with an elegant lift.
Equipped with central heating and air conditioning in the common areas and in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge, dishes and cutlery, oven, stove), living area, lift.
All rooms have a private bathroom, clothes rack, soundproofing and private entrance. There is also a laundry with d drying rack, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board are also available.
