The focal point of the outdoor space is a stunning infinity pool (9 x 16 m) with salt water filtration, a Jacuzzi area, and a shallow section for children. The surrounding lawn, with sun loungers and a charming pergola, offers a peaceful spot.
A highlight of Villa Arno Lucca is its luxurious SPA, covering over 200 square metres and designed as a peaceful retreat. The SPA features a Turkish bath, sauna, cold mist shower with eucalyptus essence, an ice fall, and a relaxing salt wall area. The main villa of Villa has been beautifully restored, blending its original architectural features with modern comforts. On the ground floor, you will find spacious communal areas, including multiple living rooms, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The first floor features five bedrooms (all with king-size beds, 200×180 cm) and four bathrooms, while the second floor offers a sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in an attic-style setting, perfect for a more private experience.
Apart Villa (6 Bedrooms):
The Apart Villa offers four spacious apartments, each featuring well-equipped kitchenettes to provide flexibility and convenience during your stay. It also boasts a wood-burning oven, barbecue, and a safe play area for children, making it an ideal choice for family-friendly outdoor gatherings. The first apartment, located on the ground floor, includes a large, inviting living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a comfortable king-size double bedroom (200×180 cm).
The second apartment, on the first floor, offers a living room, kitchen with a small terrace, bathroom, a king-size double bedroom (200×180 cm) with an en-suite, and an additional twin room. The third apartment, on the second floor, has a living area, kitchen, bathroom, a king-size double bedroom (200×180 cm) with an en-suite, and a twin room. The fourth apartment, on the third floor, features a spacious living area and kitchen, a twin bedroom, a small entrance area, and a bathroom.
The Barn (2 Bedrooms):
The Barn annex is a delightful stone apartment, once an agricultural outbuilding, now offering modern comfort. Situated near the pool, it has a shaded outdoor space with views of the garden and hills. The romantic courtyard, framed by dry-stone walls and boxwood hedges, adds to its charm.
