Villa Marina is situated in a breathtaking location overlooking the charming beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, positioned at the southernmost point of the stunning Amalfi Peninsula. This region, encompassing both Nerano and Marina del Cantone, serves as an excellent retreat for enthusiasts of both the sea and the mountains.
The scenic mountain trails are a pleasure for hikers, while the pebbled beach features numerous private lidos and a variety of beachfront restaurants offering delectable local cuisine.
Should you prefer dining at home, we would be pleased to arrange for one of the finest Amalfi region Chefs to prepare a gourmet meal for you on the terrace or in the Villa.
This villa features Amalfitano Mediterranean-style architecture spread across three levels, accommodating up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms, all while providing breathtaking views of the coastline and the Bay.
Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, satellite plasma TV, safe, and a magnificent sea view.
The villa is located approximately 1 kilometer from Marina del Cantone beach, where you will find various shops, restaurant and a pier providing regular boat services to the islands of Capri and Ischia or a Ferry along Amalfi coast.
The SITA bus stop for the Sorrento – Massa Lubrense – Nerano route is conveniently situated just 150 meters away, and the villa offers ample private parking for up to 5 vehicles.

THE TERRACES
Villa Marina has four stunning terraces. The view from the top terrace is absolutely amazing, best enjoyed from the comfort a low-slung hammock in the shade of an olive tree. There is an infinity swimming pool, 11 x 4 metres and it is fully equipped with sun loungers and comfortable pool-side chairs.
The pool is open and carefully maintained from the beginning of April right through until the end of October.
The second terrace on the next level down is dedicated to al fresco dining and there is a barbecue, a wood-burning pizza oven and a table for 20 or more guests. The dining area itself is on a patio covering 60 square metres with a pergola providing shade during sunny afternoons.
The third and main terrace covers more than 200 square metres and is furnished with an enormous dining table in the centre and sofas, armshairs and romantic tables for two dotted around the sides. We can guarantee that the view from here over the Bay will make it very hard indeed for you to get up and leave the comfort of your armchair!
The fourth terrace is on the ground floor and leads directly into the living area close to the kitchen and inside dining room. It goes without saying that the views from here are equally spectacular!
THE VILLA
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor houses the main shared areas of the villa; the living room, the dining room, a TV room complete with comfortable sofas, a professional kitchen and a fully-stocked bar. There are also two, superb double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and sea views.
FIRST FLOOR
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and it also leads directly onto the main terrace. There are four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, three of which have sea views and the fourth has views over the gardens.
SECOND FLOOR
There are also four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms on this floor have their own private terrace, giving you yet another fantastic view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast.
The villa is fitted with a lift to all floors and wheelchair access to the main terrace.
